GTB proceeds only when the conditions for real change exist.
GTB integrates only when the legal basis, residence status, reviewable data, required licenses and durable controls are in place.
GTB decides participation scope and governance standards
The BU supplies data, explains operating facts and proposes options. GTB Holdings assesses law, risk and resources, then determines the participation scope, governance standards and any necessary limitations.
There is evidence to diagnose
At minimum: entity records, revenue and costs, main contracts, workforce information and a list of current issues.
The BU is ready to standardize
The BU accepts deadlines, accountable owners, recurring review and correction of non-conforming items while continuing to operate its own business model.
Practical joining timeline
Days 0–7
Initial discussion, confidentiality arrangement if needed, checklist and priority documents.
Days 8–21
BU operator interviews, data review, risk map and identification of matters for licensed specialists.
Days 22–45
GTB and the BU agree the governance support scope, baseline metrics, 90-day plan, approval points and reporting rhythm.
Days 46–90
Implement priority controls, train BU operators, run the first monthly pack and obtain GTB’s formal integration decision.
