JOIN PROCESS

From initial assessment to a 90-day standardization plan.

Before integration, GTB reviews law, licenses, tax, labor, residence status, data and risk. GTB—not the BU—decides participation, business scope and representative authority.

01 · Pre-check

Confirm the minimum conditions

GTB confirms the model, accountable entity, BU execution contact, operating location, critical licenses, integration purpose and urgent issues.

02 · Diagnostic

Run a 360° operating review

Review six layers: legal and licensing; finance and tax; contracts; labor; data; process and governance accountability.

03 · Roadmap

Agree the 90-day plan

Set priorities, owners, required records, metrics and the boundaries between GTB, the BU and external licensed specialists.

FIT CRITERIA

GTB proceeds only when the conditions for real change exist.

GTB integrates only when the legal basis, residence status, reviewable data, required licenses and durable controls are in place.

AUTHORITY

GTB makes the final decision

The BU supplies data, explains operating facts and proposes options. GTB Holdings assesses law, risk and resources, then approves, rejects or limits the execution scope.

DATA

There is evidence to diagnose

At minimum: entity records, revenue and costs, main contracts, workforce information and a list of current issues.

COMMITMENT

The BU is ready to standardize

The BU accepts deadlines, accountable owners, recurring review and correction of non-conforming items.

Practical joining timeline

Days 0–7 Initial discussion, confidentiality arrangement if needed, checklist and priority documents.
Days 8–21 BU operator interviews, data review, risk map and identification of matters for licensed specialists.
Days 22–45 GTB defines the execution scope, baseline metrics, 90-day plan, approval matrix and reporting rhythm.
Days 46–90 Implement priority controls, train BU operators, run the first monthly pack and obtain GTB’s formal integration decision.
