Nhậu Dân Chủ is working with GTB to expand its menu and prepare for Uber Eats and Demae-can (出前館). The plan connects delivery-channel development with clear dish information and practical restaurant operations.
A Vietnamese–Japanese menu
The supplied menu materials include beef pho, chicken pho, bún bò Huế, beef and pickled-vegetable fried rice, stir-fried noodles with beef, roast duck, lime-leaf steamed chicken, roast pork, satay grilled prawns, Vietnamese salt-seasoned chicken and Thai-style chicken feet. These materials provide a starting point for selecting dishes for each sales channel.

Make each dish easy to understand
Japanese names should accurately describe ingredients and cooking methods. Lime-leaf steamed chicken, salt-seasoned chicken and roast pork require particular care so their names do not mislead customers about flavour or portion size.
Each item should have consistent bilingual names, a short description, portion details, channel-specific pricing and available options. Ingredient and allergen information must be checked against the actual recipe rather than inferred from a photograph.

Preparing for delivery operations
The proposed rollout framework covers five steps:
- Select dishes that can be served consistently and are suitable for delivery.
- Check product data including names, images, portions and prices on each platform.
- Assign responsibilities for receiving orders, checking dishes, packing and handover.
- Review before launch the service hours, availability and restaurant information.
- Track after rollout orders, feedback and issues requiring adjustment.
This is a proposed preparation framework, not a statement that every step has been completed.
Can customers order now?
Current status: rollout in progress. This article does not announce that ordering is live on Uber Eats or Demae-can. Ordering links, delivery coverage and service hours will be added after the storefronts are confirmed.
How GTB supports the restaurant
GTB connects menu and channel development with on-site operational review, hygiene checks and BU management. The aim is to prepare new ways to reach customers with clear responsibilities and reliable product information.
Restaurant operators can learn more about the approach through GTB’s SME platform.
