Connecting the shop floor to BU management
Expanding a restaurant’s sales channels requires more than a menu and promotional materials. An on-site review connects Business Unit (BU) management with the practical handling of ingredients, food preparation and order handover.
At Nhậu Dân Chủ, GTB treats hygiene review, operating records and delivery preparation as connected work. The aim is to identify what needs checking, who is responsible and what should be completed before accepting a higher volume of orders.

A practical follow-up framework
The following is a proposed framework for tracking work after a review, rather than a list of deficiencies found at this restaurant.
- Hygiene: record the areas to review in preparation spaces, utensils, storage and order handover.
- Ownership: identify the person responsible for each item and the person who confirms completion.
- Records: retain relevant documents, review dates and follow-up notes together.
- Sales readiness: compare the proposed menu with service capacity and order-handling procedures.
What does an internal review establish?
This is an operational review by GTB. This article does not report a hygiene score, a finding of regulatory compliance or a new certification from a public authority. A business permit and internal checks serve different purposes; a permit photograph does not replace daily controls.
